what's wrong with the tracker? i haven't been able to connect for three days now

whats going on? i cant download this tracker for over a week now! the message
just says "offline (timed out)". i tried to download it from other sites too
and keep getting the same message over and over again. but i see that alot of
other people don't seem to have trouble downloading. help!
