virtual dub is not a hard program to use it's very basic, if you want a basic
tuturial knocking up i could do that for you,

it says that it won't let me use the sound on it. as in vbr. i can use it with
everything else.

nandub can handle vbr mp3 tracks and it's based on the same virtualdub front end
