hi,i have twice d/l this episode but there is no picture just audio... what do
i need or is it a dud???...help!!!!

works fine here.

you either have a broken xvid codec setup, or simply don't have it installed.

there are a variety of codec installer packs around (everyone seems to have
their own favourite).
