i had the same problem finding this episode too it took them almost a week
after it aired to get on the net but by a fluke i managed to find it on
www.thepiratebay.org
just search using the words "the white rapper" and it
should be there also you could find it on www.tvtorrents.com

i think it only just aired this past saturday 2/19/07 hence why it as only
