Continuum S01E04 HDTV x264-2HD

cheers eztv and uploader. show has potential. will it last or will it go bye bye at the end of the first
season like so many shows of l8. two jump to mind - terra nova and alcatraz.

who knows, but by the last episode, it seemed to adjust even more into settling for being a gussied-up police procedural. i
don't feel compelled to continue with it. if they skewed a little more away from that stuff, like fringe does, i'd have stuck
with it.

terra nova for me, had a lot of cheesy elements, but should have lasted... i expected it to become
extinct.. sadly.

alcatraz sort of lost interest for me as it seemed to simply rahash similar scenarios.. just change
the crime, change the name and repeat.. i expected it to become locked up eventually.. sadly.

continuum seems to have a reaching story, that you want to see conclude or extend in ways the
current story allows potential for. i hope it does last to be concluded at least, if they do decide
not to repeat history.

but knowing i enjoy it means it will taper off into obscurity and only in memory will it be able to
exist.

sadly...

i never kept up with fringe either. i do see this becoming tired if they do settle it down, but i
didn't feel that so much from the last ep.. 4 episodes in is not enough time to judge, just yet.
they're still bringing plot devices in.

i guess i enjoy the way it touches base on the future by the mundane things of today. i do hope it
builds. and not just to keep ratings, but because it was written that way. only time will tell.

i'll stick with this until summer glau shows up in it. she's the death knell for any sci fi show.

woot? summer glau's an awesome actress.. her part in firefly
was amazing acting, tho i will admit i've not seen her in anything
else since then.

im not saying she's a bad actress, just that everything she's in gets canceled.
my you must have been asleep for a while to miss these and other shows that summer stared in?

errr? i already stated that i watched firefly.. must say..
terminator: s.c. i watched a couple but not a lot, just
couldnt get into it.. the other 2 never heared of them.

must say.. after finally watching this episode.. i can see
this show crashing quickly, not a great episode, they'll
need to pull something fantastic out of the bag to keep
this show alive now.

p.s. atleast firefly got a film to finish off the storyline,
granted.. it was payed for by fans.. but it was completely
finished storywise.. unlike what most cancelled shows get
these days.

yeah i liked firefly and the film that finished of the storyline. another older show i liked was
farscape, this was also canceled but got a mini series to end the story.
