weeds has one glaring flaw:
it is set in the real world and yet most of its plots are unrealistic from a socio-economic perspective, if it
overcame that while preserving its colorful characters and plots , its viewership would increase.
in a way i will be sad to see it go because at least as far as i know its a show that created its own sub-
genere of crazy over the top plot-lines and characters in a dark dramedy..
which i'm sure is what inspired shows like shameless that are more appealing now due to dealing with lower
class as opposed to weed's middle-class that is no longer revelant because now most of the world is
composed of either upper-class or low-class
i'm also sure the well established and eccentric characters will be missed by many and while it isn't exactly
some cult sci-fi series people geek over, its a show people talk about so i wouldn't be surprised if the fans
won't let it go so easily.
finally i'm curious what jenji kohan comes up with next
