screws up=the volume drops and i guess a proper might be released but dont count
on it

i'll try not to hold my breath but i like things to be perfect, i'm picky with
certain things, and when 30 rock finished and wmp came back round to scrubs i
was nearly deafened!

someday someone's gonna write a program to auto check all these things so we
don't have to download twice.

ideally, people would check their files before uploading.
but everybody's racing to upload first. i wouldn't mind waiting an extra hour or
two for these release groups to make sure their files are proper before posting
them. i've been seeing more and more errors lately.
btw what happened to lol? i used to always wait for their releases, but i hardly
ever see them on eztv anymore.

yep. i vote for a proper for this one. had to at aleast double the volume to
hear the dialogs. btw is it possible to get 720p quality somewhere? will it be
possible to get let's say 720p for first two seasons of lost after? i'd really
love to and as i know even dvdrips have less quality than 720p releases.

i agree for the proper for the sound problem, and the slight image jump just at
the start of the muted sound.
also, maybe it's just me, but i think there might be also a nearly unnoticeable
image problem during the encoding, cos every once in a while i noticed a
micro-jump in the picture, just like what happens when i watch a ntsc avi/dvd on
my pal tv, especially during travellings and people moving. (and of course, i
never had such a problem on my comp screen before, until this episode)
that said, the ep is easily watchable without a proper, so in the end, it's up to
each viewer to decide.
