the first half was a little dull, but not nearly as bad as the first half of episode one.
the second half of episode two had quite a few good laughs.
i'm a fan of julia louis-dreyfus.
fingers crossed for an even better third episode.
true, this wasn't as bad as the first episode, but it's still not very funny. or at least, it doesn't come close to
it's potential with the great cast it has and the potential for "smart" comedy. by smart i mean that it has
intelligent fun with the subject (vice presidentcy, white house politics), instead of just doing dumb things in
a smart setting.
i like julia l-d too, but she is so out of place here. she isn't realistic as a vp. this series might as well be
calles "spoiled ceo", or "demanding rich woman".
i remain hopeful that this will develop into a comedy classic, but it's not there yet after only two
episodes. i do understand though that it has already been renewed by the network, who off course
will have seen more of it than we have.
