betty white's off their rockers is an american reality comedy television series broadcast on nbc. a
sneak preview was released on january 16, 2012 at 9:30/8:30c in tribute to betty white's 90th
birthday.the show officially premiered april 4, 2012. it is based on the belgian tv format benidorm
bastards. white hosts the series.

premise:
the elderly play pranks on members of the younger generation, in the manner of candid camera or
punk'd.

lets see what the americans made of it, i hope it's as good as the original

it's ok, but not great. the pranks feel a bit forced, and the scenes with betty white are just bad comedy. i
prefer what they do in impractical jokers, which has a more casual feel to it.

yup, but benidorm bastards was 100 times better

make that a 1000 times.

it isn't fair to compare of course, here in the eu we can do so much more on tv. a scene where an old
woman asks where she can bleach her asshole for example, that would never fly in the us of a!

i found it fairly funny, but the bits with betty white were like bad america's funniest home video
bits.
remove those and do a little more with the pranks..most of them they only did once, while some of
them could have easily been repeated.

i laugh so hard my belly hurts.
