about the show

"best friends forever" is about jessica (jessica st. clair)recieving divorce papers from her husband
and her seeking comfort by flying to move in with her best friend lennon (lennon parham). however,
her boyfriend, joe (adam pally), just moved into the apartment too and has turned jessica's room into
his own home office. when jessica and lennon do the girl things and connect more, joe feels left out.
lennon wants to help and tries to balance both worlds. jessica reconnects with rav (stephen
schneider) and tries to spark up the relationship again.

"best friends forever" is a single camera comedy that takes a deeper looking into friendship and the
support that they give us no matter what the excuses are. created by lennon parham (accidentally on
purpose), jessica st. clair (weeds, samantha who?), the show takes a fresh look into what it means to
be a friend.

1 -- apr 04, 2012 -- pilot
when jessica is overnighted divorce papers, her best friend lennon convinces her to return home to
brooklyn and back into the apartment they used to share. the girls easily fall back into old habits --
none of which is good news for lennon's live-in boyfriend, joe. meanwhile jessica adjusts to her new
single life by reconnecting with old friends like rav; however her new efforts meet the critique of the
friends' precocious nine-year-old neighbor, queenetta.

2 -- apr 11, 2012 -- it's raining friends
jessica deals with the repercussions of butt-dialing her estranged husband peter a few days before
what would be their three-year anniversary. meanwhile lennon and joe conspire with rav to let jessica
cook at his bar to help cheer her up. however, peter's unexpected arrival in town could spell disaster
for those best laid plans.

it's actually not that bad, has some cute and funny moments..

indeed, not that bad. has it's moments. i don't find the main lead (jessica st. clair) very likable though,
but that is compensated by the awesome lennon parham and her 'geek' husband. still, it's a bit girly for
me, and i already got my dose of chick-com from whitney and are you there chelsea...
