In Plain Sight S05E01 HDTV x264-ASAP

any chance of a xvid encoded version of this? i can't get the x264 to play properly. either the
video won't play, or it's out of synch.

there is an xvid on pb but there's also a xvid repack (group requested - no reason given) that i
haven't seen anywhere yet.

try vlc player http://www.videolan.org/vlc/
plays anything,(any format) even broken files and partial videos.

can someone post the avi please, the mp4 won't play

true, but vlc won't play an mp4 properly if the system can't handle it. 🙂 that's the problem i have, and why i need the
xvid versions, too. the mp4s are just too resource-intensive for my older machine (and being a laptop it can't be upgraded
anymore). i wouldn't be surprised if admiralsirjohn has the same problem. this switch to mp4s, especially when there were
already 720p versions available for those that wanted them, was simply idiotic, and hugely unwanted. (thank god for 2hd
and fqm holding their ground.)

don't grab that copy, it's bad. the video is fine, but the file cuts off too soon and you miss the ending. i've been looking for
the repack, but so far can't find it. at least we know it's out there now, from the comment above. 🙂

i'm tired of you idiots begging for xvid or links to xvid.
if someone finds a link to an xvid and wants to discretely, without added comentary, post a link, then
fine. but tunring the forum show threads into your personal link request dump site, show after show
after show, is ridiculous, and rude...not to mention against the site rules...which you might want to read
sometime.

this site posts what is available from it's list of reliable and perefered scene release groups.
if one of those groups release something in xvid then eztv will post it. otherwise, go find it elsewhere.

don't ask......tell.
that means don't ask others' to find stuff for you.
you do the research...you find it.
you share your results with us.
that's how this thing works.
if you need to know where to look or where to start your research, fine, then ask that question.
