i think he was referring to americans who are brainwashed into accepting slavery in return for
"safety". his facist comment sounds like something alex jones would say. it's a term used to
describe "unamerican" americans. at least, that's what i thought

wow, quite a flame war going on there.
two things to remember.
a) it's a cartoon.
b) americans are (mostly) dumb and (all) paranoid
that makes the writers job on southpark way too easy so sometimes they get a bit sloppy
