My Shows is back up and running

i have recoded my shows, it should now be much more efficient and should be able
to handle a much bigger load.

i also added a watched all button for you guys, so you can "check out" all the
episodes at once.

there appears to be an error with these two, they won\'t clear off the list:

prison break s01e21 hr hdtv ac3 5 1 xvid-nbs
prison break s01e16 real dvdscr xvid-simurg

retry now.

i shall now wander off and amend the rss guide aydin & i are working on to
reflect the update.

the fast turn around.

a small bug i noticed, with dexter, it doesn't show in 'my shows' (in the main
section), but does appear in the rss feed, but even doing 'watched everything'
does not clear the files from the feed.

(also, in case of emergency and the contender aren't in the 'list', and
therefore not in my shows. i know the contender isn't on right now, but i
happened to notice it)

does the feed do expiry now, or do users still need to go back to main and
mark episodes watched every now and again to tidy up ?

a temporary user-side fix is to add the showid manually to the watched all url.

no functionality has been changed.

dexter is now fixed for my shows.
