you could save yourself a lot of headaches and just download the fqm avi which is perfect the first
time 😉

the .mp4's aren't that bad. for me it's better quality and smaller file size. kinda my dream
situation to be honest. i mean i was pretty pissed and scared when they said they would stop posting
avi altogether but it's ok. i'm satisfied at least.

since eztv does not cap, encode, upload torrents, or communicate with "the scene" release groups
(the people who actually cap/record the show), the suggestion is wasted here.

i guess i could have just ignored this one and moved along. it's just that i get fed up with people not
understanding what it is that eztv does or doesn't do...and making suggestions or request that have
nothing to do with eztv.

perfectly sensible reaction - but in this case, the misunderstanding was entirely yours. i simply posted an
excerpt from the nfo file, so this is quote toosoon unquote talking to asap, not me talking to eztv. since
that's common practice for proper threads, i figured the "nfo" at the top would be sufficient clarification,
no?
