stop with the mp4/mkv's already. only costs the user more time to reencode to divx format to we can
actually watch these again. subtitles files (srt, sub) doesn't work with vobsub codec on mp4 files with
windows media center. so, please, don't do that or at least make a mkv file.

what do you use to reencode?
btw- does anyone else use avidemux? will that convert an mp4 to an avi playable on a dvd player? i
tried it recently with a documentary, but it didn't play and i don't know if it was an issue with
the file that was uploaded, if i screwed it up somehow, or if it's not something that the software
is designed to do.

argh another show in stupid format, i still use dvd player with usb theatre system not because i am
behind the times it comes down to what i can afford, and we are all not technology geeks! 'smelling
the media players' is out of my financial reach. i have been using eztv for years being in the uk it
has been my saviour for accessing my shows easily and keeping my brain from exploding with
technology (yes i am female and blonde) it will be sad if i have to go elsewhere if this format
continues with all my shows. now i am off on an avi hunt elsewhere.

come on ,,,,,, there are 2 cords if you have a hdtv 1 is the power for the player the other goes
into your hdtv.
if you still have a older tv there are still 2 cords only the one for the tv now has 3 colored plugs
that go into the 3 colored sockets of the tv.
you plug a external hard drive into the player like you do any usb device and use the remote.
how technical is that,,,,,,,,

eztv has no influence over any group on what they release and in what format they do it in.
you people are just pissing other members off with this constant barrage of post that have nothing 2
do with the episode.
last time i explain this ,,,, eztv just posts what they get or find themselves.
they do no ripping, coding or anything that has 2 do with groups themselves.
