can someone please help me? how do i download this stuff?

you asked the same thing two weeks ago, here's my answer from then,

1. download a bittorrent-client for example utorrent or vuze.
here's utorrent:
http://www.utorrent.com/downloads

2. download a torrent file from here.
it doesnt matter which mirror or if u use the magnet link, it all
leads to the same file.

3. open the downloaded torrent file with utorrent and wait until the download is finished.

4. play with your media player of choice. for example vlc.
here's vlc:
http://www.videolan.org/vlc/

optional: download peerblock to block the "bad" ips..........
