pps - scifi channel on foxtel isn't too bad, i'm enjoying watch babylon 5 and

roflmao. tv channels in aussie are generally bad for all sci-fi shows, the
mainstream audience shows fare better, like house, ncis, csi, etc.

brisbane - australia here. we\'re screwed no matter what we do. free to air tv is
pathetic, foxtel is way too expensive and our internets have extremely
restrictive download limits (my isp, telstra, counts both downloads and uploads,
just for that little extra \'screw you\' factor).

it's just as bad over here. they're going to start airing season 8 of sg-1
tomorrow. i guess it'll be nice to see that season again but not as nice as
seeing these new ones.
oh and i'm on a new internet plan that has 'unilimited' download speeds
and 'no' caps. i'm yet to realize even half the speed my line is capable of.
they've dumped me into a high user pool [and even lower speeds] coz i used
more than 700mb during peak hours a couple of times.
there ain't nothing much that's good for a sci fi fan this side of the world...
