from sharetv.org his high-concept comedy centers on two unrepentant guys who, unable to find work,

learn to be better men in the process. cast lee standish played by benjamin koldyke, angel
ortizplayed by amaury nolasco, connie played by beth lacke, brian played by john caparulo, grace
played by rebecca mader, vanessa played by rochelle aytes, kelly played by kate reinders, kristen
played by kirstin eggers ,
kat played by kacie lynch

the concept seems well kinda stupid.... might make one or two interesting episodes but would seem
like it will get old fast. if it was produced my showtime or hbo i might have given it a try, but i
think i will pass on this nbc show.

exactly! swap two ad-agency guys with two pharmaceutical reps and it's the same premise. pass.

i thought this show might be worth looking at. it certainly has the potential for a lot of good
edgy gender-related humor and possibly some feminist consciousness raising, but everything about
this show was disappointingly traditional. it's clear that no women were involved in writing the
show, as everything comes across as very one-dimensional guy ideas of what it's like to be a girl.
this means that pretty much everything is rooted in stereotypical ideas about gender, and limiting
the source material for your jokes to stereotypes is like to growing watermelons in a desert--it
won't be that fruitful.

if they ever plan to take this anywhere, the writers first need to write down every possible joke
they can think of and then vow never to use them. second, they need to get some drag
experience so they can come up with some original content. and, third, they need to hire some
feminine perspective into their team so they can actually know something about the world they're
trying to write about.

also, this show has a laugh track, which since the start of the office, has been nothing but an
awkward and jarring nuisance. why are all the new comedies bringing this back?
