torrent programs and downloading

i use azureus to download my files some time i get gr8 speeds other i get crap
speads...

but latly i have noticed i seem to hardly be able to download of any 1 who has
the 100% next to them i only seem to be able to downlod of people that havn't
completed the file yet...

does any 1 no y or does any 1 no any better programs i can use to get better
speeds.....

first of all don't ul anything else when dling, u won't get great speeds on
public torrents if u don't give some bw to the upload.
second play a bit with the settings,when there are a lot of peers set the
maximum # of connections higher (try 150) and set maximum # of ul slots to 8-12
or even higher but that depends on your ul speed so try different settings and
see what works for u
and if u think u have a problem get a torrent with a lot of seeds and few
leechers,like the daily show ,give it a few min to connect to 100+ seeds and see
how it goes. also test your bw on a site like speedtest.net but i doubt that u
have a problem,most likely ppl just don't seed at decent speeds
