The Walking Dead 2x05 (HDTV-ASAP)

i am still enjoying it :-)

am i missing something? this is the 3rd or 4th episode with over compressed audio. in between each line
of dialogue the birds and rustling suddenly boost up really loud. is there some setting that i can change
on vlc or boxee to remove the compression? this has never been an issue before or on other shows.
some commenters on tpb have noticed too so its not just me, but on the other hand i see people giving it
a:10 v:10 are they deaf?

it's not an action zombie show, if that's what you want you're going to be increasingly upset.

it's a slowly paced character drama, with periodic sequences of incredible intensity to further fuck up the
characters.

this season has been fantastic, and i hope it keeps on just like this.

in general i'd agree, but i have been frustrated with the last few episodes. it's not that they're still
searching for the girl. that's fine with me. i think it's realistic to devote a multi-episode arc to a lost child.
(walt! walt! they took my son!)

what's been bugging me is that it's been obvious for at least three episodes that the farm family folks have
some screwed up zombie secret and they've been dragging that out for no good reason. they haven't been
making it more suspenseful, and they haven't made it a gradual change from sweet and friendly to
ominous. there's finally some payoff at the end of this episode, but omg they could have done this two
shows ago.

ps: how come all of a sudden we have at least one new farm family character this episode. am i crazy, or
was the kid who wanted a rifle not in any earlier shows. what's up with that?

yeh i dont remember seeing him before don't know where he has appeared from!!? i love this show but
it's getting a bit annoying that they keep looking for the girl in every episode i hope she turns up as a
zombie and they have to cut her fuckin head off or something so it will have been worth the wait! i
knew something sinister was up with that new family you could tell when they first got to the house
something wasn't right

enough with the girl already!!! u cant have this many episodes of trying to find a character that
no1 cares about, shes had like 5min of total air time (season 1&2). we dont know anything about her at all
and we r to sit thru several episodes just revolving around her. lame!

first season was great, this second season just drags on, mostly boring.

the arc is not about the little girl. it's about the mother. it's about establishing darrell further as a
character. it's about setting up a fundamental divide between rick and shane.

it's about a lot of things, but none of them are really about sophia. she's merely the macguffin.

i wanted to headbutt that stupid woman!

when she didn't listen to the guys and .. almost... killed a certain person. with that gun. (no
spoilers here)

in my honest and ignorant opinion, the show the is better than ever, since the on-the-run first session ,
this second is the chance to get the characters more defined, and its tv a different language than the
comic cant be the same, if its for swarms of zombies theres a game called left 4 dead, that

yeah, hadn't seen the farm boy before. like what the farm girl is doing. and then there's the barn.
things are heating up.

yes - the audio is really distracting. i noticed it also on hell on wheels - another amc show. i
wonder if it's the the network's doing, or just a bad encode. it could be a setting on the file
creator's system as well. don't get me wrong - i'm very grateful to the uploaders, but i'm sure it's
a simple fix.
