the scene standards were updated this year. the sizing rules for 720p and 1080p rips were all but
removed. that allows encoders a lot more freedom, since the size is now a result of the best possible
encoding at or above scene standards.
i grabbed this a few hours ago from my private tracker. the quality is excellent, despite the
unusually small size. there were a lot of dark/black backgrounds, so i'd guess much of it was
encoded at a lower bitrate than normal with no noticeable drop in quality. i didn't analyze it, so
that's just an educated guess.

is it me or is this show just getting more and more depressing?

needs more zombie encounters and overall too many loose ends to try and follow. that said i still love
this show and wish an australian network would pick it up and save my bandwith lol.
