anyone having problems with the audio on ps3's?

is this x factor s01e08 the one that asks for a password??

yes!! my file is stored on a netgear readynas duo. when played with windows media from my pc it
works fine, when played from ps3 there is no audio. will try to run it through any video converter
software. and it doesn't ask for a password.

same ps3 issue here ... no sound on any device using wms
