i don't know a damn thing about american football. i'm a scotsman who
loves 'soccer'. but this show just has me hooked. it just keeps getting better
and better.

thank you eztv. i just can't miss this show now.

no need to know about american football to like this show. it might be based on
a movie about this sport, and it may have some parts of this game in the show;
but the great thing about it is that it tells story, and the characters are
beautifully developed and played by great actors/actresses.

whatever you do a lot of people never seed til 1:1. just a pity.

it's based on a book. the movie was based on the same book (a non-fiction work
by the same name.) they changed the name of the town in the show, though. the
real town is odessa, tx
