craptacular. think i'll give this lame show a miss from now on.

my thoughts exactly virus. just finished watching the episode, and was thoroughly disappointed.
not only were the "jokes" hardly amusing, but the animation itself had some flaws. at times they
forgot to round the top of peter's glasses, and in very next frame the problem would be fixed.
whatever the family guy writers once had in originality or skill, they lost.
there were a couple funny moments, but for 30 minutes of show i need more than just two mild giggles.
that was the season premiere !?

family guy used to be one of my favourite shows. i'd rather see it go out with dignity than with phoned-in
episodes with fifth-rate gags. looks like they're using the gags they rejected for the last nine series as well
as the ones that didn't make it to american dad or cleveland show.
everything's got to run out of steam eventually.

am i the only one who liked this episode? sure, strange season premiere i guess, but wow, i've seen
much worse from family guy and i quite enjoyed this one. i guess it's a pretty "general" episode in a
ways, but i'm surprised they never did this one before haha. i really don't understand the harsh critique. in
no way does this episode make me feel that i want to stop watching it.
