Charlie's Angels 1x01 (HDTV-LOL)

okay! i've watched the first 10 minutes of this first episode, and was expecting a lot better.

with all the hype of it's return to the small screen i'll be very surprised if it lasts a full first
season run.

eg: using high tech gadgets are one thing, but showing unrealistic camera views (girl tired up on
bed) like there just happens to something right next to the bed so they can see her? that's lucky!

then there's the three young lady's (angels). yes their very beautiful, don't get me wrong. but i
really think they could have found other female actors with more sex appeal. going by the original
series and even the movies, they all had this wow factor but i don't see that with the current cast
members.

maybe i'm jumping the gun and need to watch a few more episodes but i really have a strong feeling
the novelty will wear off well before the first season end.

after watching the first episode, with it's stilted acting, bad dialogue, and improbable tech, i doubt i'm going
to watch any more. i don't see this lasting the full season.

yeah, the chicks are hot. but without nipples & buttocks, it's not going to get the ratings.

i am very sceptical about this new series. i remember the original very well (from the old skool) and
wasn't too impressed with the films which made the original seem like it could never ever be bettered
ever! this new series may just prove that point.

basic problem is that in the original setting the idea was three skilled female police officers
relegated to office work by sexism quit and go to kick ass working for charlie, worked in the 70's.
now look at the shows on the front page of this site and count how many have female leads who are
detectives, lawyers, etc. there's just nothing that makes the concept stand out now.

is it me or this is the worst season premiere ever? i am not talking about just charlie's angels,
but everything.

among the new comedy shows i could only find crap. fortunately, there is still big bang theory, two
and half men and modern family. the only shows i could actually finish watching were unforgettable,
person of interest and ringer. but they are not excellent. i hope homeland and terra nova are good
enough, otherwise i won't be watching many new shows this season.

very poor tv show. i had a hard time to finish watching to the end. it's a disappointment. the style of
the show reminds me last year's nbs's cancelled undercovers, but it's a lot worse.

thanks for being able to download it but its a terrible show 5-10 mins i had given up but stupidly
watched it all and then wished i hadn't, won't be watching this again and can't see it not being cancelled,
expected better by the producers of this one and got dull ☹️

i was on the fence about watching this, but now i won't even bother with the download. thanks eztv 😉

agreed, but not only premieres, but all returning series eps i have watched put me to sleep as well

it's like they aren't even trying to make compelling television anymore.

omg that made the movies look like oscar material. what a train wreck, who casts such horrible
actresses. they really should just do re runs of the originals. this should not last a season.

this is probably done to dumb down the american people so they can be contolled even more easilly, oh
and why make a good compelling tv show if the american people are just as satisfied when the image on
the tv is moving.

one word for this show and its crap !! don't waste time watching this rubbish.
