are you sure, i mean, i've had it happen where i played a file that had the
audio out of sync, went to the message board, and found every single other
downloader had no trouble at all with the file. if others have that problem i
hope they post about it so i know if i should even bother trying with this
release. thanks for the information, though, innuit, and i actually really hope
it's not truly nuked.
i haven't the time to pin it down exactly but a quick test on the 350mb
download shows that inputting a delay of approximately -200 (minus 200ms) in
avi-mux before saving is close to the mark. tweaking a few milliseconds either
side of -200 that should get it close to perfect.
i downloaded avi-mux and did the -200 change it tool less than 60 secs.
the file is read perfect now in vlc.
thanks

little audio out-of-sync can easily be handled with media player classic (open
source player), as long as the audio displacement remains the same throughout
the movie (otherwise you'd be constantly tapping the audio delay/advance
hotkeys, keypad + and - as default, i think). sure, it won't save it to the file
itself but if you're not one those keeping these eps, go grab yourself the media
player classic.
christ. its sucks when shit doesn't go right but thanks anyway eztv. i found a
version on mininova. a recode by elfin. in the past elfin recodes have been ok.
this torrent doesn't seem to be seeding anymore cause it has been nuked on
torrentspy and most other places. im sure that if u fix the sync problems the
file will be fine but you have to dl it first and well...i can't.
i'd still like to see episodes 14 and 17 done in the 350mb format.
okay, so it isn't the ultrahigh quality some knitpickers might want, but it
saves on bandwidth and dvd space.
mint's 350mb release of episode 17 (sunday) was made available by vtv a couple
of days ago. at present it's the last vtv link on http://tvrss.net/feeds/ and it
could properly also be found via a search on bt-chat.com.
