several of the links actually point to the same file as the other revenge (exact same hash).... so
not sure which you clicked on... or whether you actually got it here. might want to check other
possible causes before blaming eztv though.

same exact problem
downloaded from here also.
its not eztv its just corrupt in some odd way when its trying to creat a thumbnail it gets all crashy.
fix
put your folder into list so it dosn't make a thumbnail.
press alt and go into tools
folder options
view
advanced settings: always show icons, never thumbnails (tick the box)
apply/ok
delete the file
repeat above and remove the tick
apply/ok
download from another link
worked fine 2nd time.
