Guide to New Fall TV shows

i am looking forward to up all night (the lorne michaels/will arnett project), but i think that the
preview makes it feel better suited for an r-rated movie than a tv show. that being said, i will
still watch.

as for the 2 nostalgia shows (playboy club and pan am), i'm interested, but will probably only watch
one (pan am, most likely).

i will also tune in to the first few episodes of whitney, i like her standup but i'm not usually a
huge fan of the "awkward" humor. the preview had me laughing, though.

i used to be pretty excited for terra nova, but that was pre falling skies. now i'm assuming it will be as
much of a snooze fest as that, but maybe i'll be surprised.

they left out the best part of homeland, and pretty much my reason for watching: damian lewis. i loved
him in life, and most of the movies he has had a major role in (which arent many), so i'm glad to have
him back on tv with a big role.

nothing stirred my interest. this is going to be one boring season.

nothing really tickles my fancy to be honest. sounds all either a bit "been there, done that" or
a bit "desperate".

i might give secret circle and terra nova a try but have no great expectations. i am not
holding my breath about homeland either but claire danes & damian lewis are usually worth
watching.

once upon a time might actually turn out to be good (maybe).

i'll have a quick glance at prime suspect but with the sole intention of making fun of the us
copy.

all in all, i'll stick with my favourite established shows and enjoy those!

person of interest looks ok , but thats the only one

terra nova, persons of interest and i think another one off the list are the only ones i'm looking
forward to. the rest just seems like shitty yank comedies that make me cringe!

couple of these might be worth a watch. bets on how quickly half of them get cancelled!! thanks for

thanks for all the info. have had a look and must say most of them sound like they won't make it
through season 1, but who knows. nothing very original, same old concepts.......what a drag. have a
great weekend all.

what happened to that show (and what was it called ?) about the cop ? switching back and forth
between realities ?.. that one sounded kind of interesting.. didn't make the cut to be on the air ?
or didn't make the cut to be on this list ?

is that the one where his wife is alive in one of the realities and his son in the other??? i wanna
know what happened to that yeh

wow!! that all looks like crap. don't think i'll be watching any of those shows. oh well, at least
house, sons of anarchy, dexter, and all the other great shows are starting up soon.

i think you can never have enough programs that teach men how to become more manly or about
witches/vampires/werewolfs/or rare things that come in true blood so for me it's fine. how ever i
didn't like some of the things they canceled. i always hate when the cancel the things i like and
live crappy programs as "parks an recreations" what the hell??

but what ever, let's hope they are good and that they don't cancel the good ones.

i guess it was going to be called rem, and then awake.. apparently it's going to be a mid season
release.. something to look forward to after most of these shows are canceled.
