about music torrents. not tv

.....subject indications i am probably in the wrong place, but i am looking to
find some fairly decent music torrent sites. i know places like indietorrent are
invite only and i am not fishing for an invite here or anything, but is there
anywhere comparable to indietorrent where i could find some good stuff?

oink is the best for music and applications but is invite only

thing is....i appreciate that seeding is an issue and there are things you want
to keep out. but these people hold invitations and are just too exclusive. it
almost seems a little bit elitist and kinda kills the spirit of a "community"

that said. damn, are these invites like currency?
