thers some violence and blood as well. but it's not too gore that a 17 year old kid can't handle.

it's the starz version, btw. just the bbc is censored.

a series with penile symbols like a "torch" and "wood" in its title, is bound to have some mano a mano...

it just isn't relevant to the story. it just seems to be a trendy thing to do...

then why bother watching a show where the main character likes men? last season jack lost ianto, he's
clearly looking for a bit of something 😛

the bbc version isn't censored for sex or violence. if they do censor anything it will be for product
placement, or such like. (so far both versions have been identical- apart from the previews at the end)

"torchwood" is an anagram of "doctor who"

because the show isn't supposed to be about his sexual preference and what he does in the bedroom,
obviously...

it wasn't just the homosexual sex that wasn't needed, the hetero scene also did nothing for the story.
impying is good enough, they have no need to be so graphic.
