conclusion. it is pretty clear cut that this is illegal in nearly every
country on the planet including spain. i'm not complaining about it, but when
i download my tv episodes i do not fool myself into pretending what i'm doing
is legal. however i also don't lose any sleep over it.

well, here filesharing music and movies, meanwhile there is no intent of taking
economic benefit its completly legal (reafirmed by the spain's director of
public persecutors). in italy i tkink it's near the same, but you also can't
have any moral benefit.

not trying to patronise you, but it's unavoidable as it looks like you don't
understand the law in your own country or eec law in general. btw, i think
you mean "public prosecutor" but hey i think your misspelling may be more
accurate 🙂

it's difficult to understand exactly how you are misinterpreting the law as i
cannot understand your grammar in what you are trying to say, but suffice to
say it is not legal in spain whether there is economic benefit or not.

what the hell is moral benefit? does that mean i cant download any religious
shows to make my self feel better? not that i would.

eeek, looks like i've aided in hijacking this sga thread onto copyright
issues. the case you quote does not set a legal precedent nor does it make
filesharing copyrighted material legal in italy. now i see why the previous
poster somehow sees his activity as legal as he has probably seen a similar
story and comes to the conclusion that his illegal activity is now sanctioned
in law.

anyway, thanks for the sga episode i illegally downloaded it and it was great.

hi all from australia!

thanks mint for these great posts - we have to wait such a long time here in oz
for them to get on tv it is great to get them almost straight away! 🙂

just wondering if anyone can help with a 350mb version of 16 (the ark) and 17
(sunday) - the only two missing in my collection.
