thank you for this up, it is better than nothing. i wouldn't be surprised if
there were no 700mb scene release at all this week - after all the bitching
people did last week!

eh?
caliban, i gave a perfectly clear answer almost 3 hours before your post that
simply said "this is submergence!"
or was it still too cryptic?

all i know is that the file downloads as an .avi i'm more than glad to be able
to get these files - don't care about the resolution etc. i take the avi file
and convert it so that i can burn it, along with 2 other episodes to a dvd.
then i can view them on my tv. i don't have the equipment to view an avi file
thru any player other than the computer. so to those that get so upset... do
some conversion work yourself........ take the files that other people have
worked soooo hard to make....... convert them to the format you need for your
equipment...... and enjoy!!!!!
lol well those are my thoughts anyway
and yes i'm in canada, but don't receive the right cable to be able to view all
the good stuff!

to all the whinger. please come to eztv and get what you want and be thankful
that it is available. those who prefer 700mb take you 700 mb, and 350 take you
350. do not start a war on resolution.

to everyone:
there has been a 350mb hd version released by mint.
stargate.atlantis.s03e18.hdtv.xvid-mint (according to the nfo it is labeled as
per canadian air order).
so now the moaning and complaining can stop. i'm sure it'll be available here
soon!

i could really care less what res its in,as long as its quality. what pisses me
off are the douchebags that complain one week about 700mb files and then wonder
why the next week there isnt a release. i liked the 700mb releases cuz they were
usually the first one out of the gate, so to speak (no pun intended). now since
no nbs release i had to wait almost 2 days for my fix.
and thanks to all those out there who released this epi, regardless of size or res.
nbs still rules tho!!!

greetings. does anyone know why hasn't been released 350mb hdtv
rip of stargate
atlantis - season 3 - episode 18 - submersion aired 2 days ago on canadian
movie central channel yet? or at least 700mb hr hdtv which is btw absolutely
useless for all those who use hardware dvd players of all kinds due to
excesivelly high resolution (960x544) so it can be played solely on computer
which is not exactly comfortable for lot of users. every table dvd player or
recorder is able to play '.avi' files at 720x576 resolution tops. not higher.
so whoever makes these hr hdtv rips please take this into account in your
future enconding works. currect and only version available of sa-s03-e18-
submersion is preposterous and ridiculous. its quality is so bad that it might
be considered for vhs rip. picture and sound both. nevertheless it's not a
fake. the file is real. also would be prudent to release only episodes with
checked sync. i'd wish to impress on everyone that 350mb hdtv rip (720x416)
would be most appreciated by plenty of eager users. thank you for acknowledging
this.
ugh, many users like hrhd. not every one likes to settle for lower quality. not
everyone wastes time burning such things to dvd for playback on some garbage dvd
player when you can use a pc/multimedia pc and output to a nice flatscreen tv or
simply watch it on your nice computer screen. no point nerfing things down for
the lowest level users. you can downgrade quality yourself by reencoding, you
cannot get quality back. hd resolutions are the future, lowly dvd players
aren't worth bothering with. bitrate starved 416p is not the right way to go.
608x336 is what current 350mb rips are at.
