if you don't like the show then quit watching it! it's a great show and the story lines for this season have
been moving a bit slow, but it's showing what trauma caused her did. i will miss the show, as i'm sure
many others will too.
actually, no, it's not. that's the illusion for entertainment.
this episode tara states she's had her did for 20 years, which is what she erroneously stated in
therapy in season 1, that she 'got' did when she was 16 yo. multiples become multiple under age 7,
and the fact that she has 'chicken' and gimmie' as alters show that she was multiple long before her
time in college, and the psych said so. now she's either ignoring all that, or the writers don't
care about actual facts.
multiples are a lot more complicated than a simple answer that they are trying to provide. they are
providing the 'freak show' that the public seem to want.
this is what happens when you have 2 consulting psychs that don't understand multiplicity
themselves, yet state they are 'experts', and a consultant that thinks she had did when she
publishes a book about her life with ddnos. sorry, not the same thing
multiples do not deserve to be treated as the freak show they have for so many years. this show was
a chance to change that. they failed
