this one is presumably nuked, there's a proper from fever and a repack.real.proper from fqm.

reason for proper from fever is: "framerates must be in relation to the original source." fqm doesn't
say anything relevant in their repack nfo.

for what it's worth (particularly to people with quotas): it was entirely watchable with vlc. i'm
not really sure what that reason they gave means, but nothing stuck out terribly.
