Canceled Shows recap

the good and interesting shows get cancelled but guess what, not one reality show gets cancelled,
tweentards get another win. mindless crap doesn't ever seem to get cancelled.

mindless reality crap is cheap to make, all these networks care about is the bottom line.

shame about some of these shows, i liked no ordinary family, mr sunshine, the defenders and
outsourced, it's a shame they didn't get a chance to develop. also a real shame terriers got axed.

can understand lie to me getting cancelled, it was a great show but it had run its course...it's
just a shame the creators of these shows don't tell themselves from the start 'okay just three
seasons and then we'll end things properly for everyone'.

a lot of fantastic shows get drawn out into some diluted version of what once made them great. in
many ways i'd rather see an amazing show get cancelled only to leave me wanting more rather than
watch it spiral into decline and make me forget why i even liked it in the first place.

too many networks, no idea who is wathcing what. the good shows cost too much. that is the one
downfall of our society. if it aint raking in the big bucks - gooone. replace it with time filling cheap reality
shows. the hoards of cattle will watch anything. i was forced to watch regular tv for a month while on
vacation. no internet. i was in toronto. fr@@@@@@@@ck. thank god for downloading!

i'll miss some of them: lie to me, mr. sunshine, shit my dad says, the defenders, v, stargate universe.

it's true that "lie to me" was developing poorly, but it still had potential. the sitcoms and
defenders were simply funny and entertaining, and nice to relax to. v and sgu were such promising
shows, when they were put on the line up. then they stalled, right out of the gate, and neither
started picking up momentum again, until it was too late. very annoying.

this tendency to just plod aimlessly around seems to be a major problem with recent sci-fi shows. i
have no idea why, but the writers seem incapable of getting into their heads that character
development, while a good thing, has to be integrated into a storyline, and can't be allowed to
cripple that storyline. especially in sci-fi, you cannot afford to use vehicles of character
development that result in illogical and emotional nonsense eating up the storyline and sci-fi
elements. seriously, why would that be so hard for the writers to grasp?

i just don't get that...

still, i think a lot of people, including me, saw these cancellations coming.

hmm... dont like that list im gonna miss some of the shows
and about the countdown list is that really all that is going to be aired its just a small list even
shorter then the cancel list hopefully they make some more good shows soon ore i have to watch more
anime in the future

and that stupid chuck gets another season, i use to like it but it became ridiculously stupid and
stretched out, i hate it now.

meh at least they haven't cancelled ncis,supernatural,bbt,burn notice,castle and white collar. ..... yet

that is a seriously huge list, what are they thinking?

stargate, lie to me, off the map, caprica and some others just doesnt deserve cancellation..

yep rubicon just great and the event was starting to get vey good but no lets can it for what haven
over the gates or say franklin and bash instead of the defenders err they are teh same thing in
about every way except the name. its getting real stupid same as some one says there will soon be no
sifi on syfy will there but thinking of a year with out anything stargate in is very of putting to
say the least. and to think that our networks over here in the uk has taken up contracts for such as
rubicon the event and others that have been canned just think how they will feel now that they have
found out the shows have been cancelled but are only half way through bad bussiness i think they
dont deserve any shows being bought from them in the future do they not only us audienceswill be fed
up but so will the uk as well when surly the makers knew that the show would be cancelled before
they let the uk have it very naughty i think.. what next sons of anachey bettternot say that or they
may just can that as well i'll soon have nothing to watch

defend it ☹️ the whole thing was a solid entertainment piece. whyyyyyyyy

i don't see it posted, i learned outsourced was canceled too.
shame really, i had so many laughs with it.
also men of a certain age seems to be off.
