yeah - it's available on other sites, i've downloaded it and it's the usual
quality, the one i downloaded wasn't called medium.quality
even on the other sites it was bit later getting uploaded

the only version so far is a non-scene release called
sga 03x18-submerged.avi (mininova 555791)
main problem with this version are the interlacing artifacts on all fast motion.
using a player that can de-interlace on the fly (vlc works well apparently)
will restore acceptable playback. basic quality once de-interlaced is ok for a
non-hd 350mb file.
