yeah, sometimes producers do on purpse wha twe call a leak, just to do some buzz, last years
showtime do that regularly.

oh, excellent! we were rivited to the story before the end of the first episode!

really enjoyed the first two episodes looking forward to seeing more, does anyone know how long the
shows been picked up for?

not sure steve, but showtime spent $45 million dollars to make the series. i assume that means for
the first season, which is normally only 12 episodes.

jeremy irons reminds me so much of boris karloff in this that i can't believe what i am seeing at
times. lol.

also, if any of you are twitter users, you might have noted that "the borgias" didn't even make it into
the "trending topics" section tonight, which is quite odd. we'll have to see whether that is a bad omen
or not for the future.

10 episodes for season 1 at a cost of $45 million, that's a mere 4.5 million per episode! :-(((

saw this on a review for the pilot and thought i'd post it.

note to myself - never drink from any chalice from the palace, drink from the flagon with a dragon
cos iiuc that holds the brew which is true :-)
takes me way back to an old danny kaye movie where he's trying to remember what chalice has the
poison in.
