‘Fringe’ Hits All Time Low: Cancellation Is Possible

all time low view rating, yet one of the all time high seeders/leechers as listed on torrentz. idiotical thinking is just going to
drown tv industry they need to realize and place online distribution/stream/vod as their focal interest.

i can't believe that they are even considerating to cancel the show... how can that be? after three
season of uncertainty never knowing what's going to happen with the two universes... pleeease! this
can't go down as lost...

i think it's mostly due to the poor scheduling ... there are 3 weeks hiatus, then one episode,
another 2 weeks hiatus ... average viewers just can't follow that rather strange pattern and that's
why ratings sometimes drop.

for fox. how many terrific shows started or moved to friday and died there? i remember
"millenium," a series with lori singer. . . .

abrams is going to be very, very pissed.

i really like the show and most of the actors on it. not a huge fan of olivia dunham..she seems blah. astrid
kind of is lame too..enjoy the rest of the cast. really hope it makes it through. also i completly agree with
the others.
friday night= shows death,
sporadic showing and breaks= shows death.

well, the whole rating system is beyond retarded, but i won't even touch that.

how the fuck do these people not realize and take into account their piss poor scheduling when they
see ratings? who expects to get good ratings on fridays? idiots. who expects good ratings when
viewers can't keep track of what weeks its on and what weeks its not?

i saw the same thing with the unit. after 4 seasons (iirc with solid-decent ratings) they changed
days/times 3 separate times during the season, again with retarded and seemingly random breaks and
got bad ratings and eventually canceled it.

last episode sucked big time. it was so idiotic...

the last 2 episodes were total garbage, thats why the low ratings..

if the writers cant come up with anything better than the plotline currently going on, then its time that this
fringe got trimmed!

whoever wrote that article was an idiot. last week was march maddness (ncaa college basketball) . all
shows went down in rating.

how hard would it be to create a "combined" ratings setup?

something that took into account viewership numbers from whoever does them and tacks on downloads
from multiple torrent sites?
