i personally cant stand the show...and thats because ive never liked sheen. i love jon cryer, and hope the show go's on.
i think they should recast sheens role, i think it will work because the world knows what a loon he was, so a recast will be

^ clearly you got a boner for charlie but in the real world his contract would have had the studio covered
the minute he started in his path of self destruction.
i've never watched an episode but seen as everyone was talking about him i thought i would sit down and
watch one... i say one i only got about 3 mins into it before switching over to something else. it's not that
it was bad, it was just that it's was just so predictable with old jokes told from better tongues.

ok heres my idea... voice over "today the role of charlie will be portrayed by..." just like on a soap
opera when some one is sick, drunk, or whatever. freaking guest celibritys gary busey, johnny depp,
billy bob thorton. if they paid famous actors half what sheen was getting im sure many would be
interested for a weeks work. every body involved keeps their jobs except sheen. my 2 cents cliff042

bringing back this show wouldn't work. "needy, poor closet homosexual and half a brain" doesn't
quite have the same ring to it.
just let it die. i must admit, i enjoy catching the occasional episode of this show on comedy
central. but it's hardly the best comedy out there. the jokes haven't really changed in 8 seasons.
charlie is drunk/hungover, and womanizing young girls. alan is poor, needy and completely boring.
jake is still 2 dimensional, unrelatable and retard - except this time he's a teenager, and the mom
is still a bitch.
what's new? please, cancel this show and give more deserving actors a shot at a good sitcom.
