definitely agree with everyone. i thought i wouldn't like the show, but was surprised to grow very fond of
the characters relationships. the british couple (writers) have a great "married" chemistry. joey/matt is
awesome. who knew playing himself would be such great acting? the concept for the show is great too. i
always complain about american adaptations of british shows and "episodes" really captures my frustration
in a very funny way. best comedic actress is the assistant/mistress to the network executive (forgive me i
watch shows and never remember characters names), but she's insanely funny. can't wait for another
season.
after the debacle that was "joey", i'm so happy for matt getting this awesome show. he's a much
better actor than he was ever allowed to be previously.
all the casting was spot on, and all characters perfectly developed.
i was almost disappointed that i didn't hate it. now i love it. and thank the almighty that shows
have started to ditch the annoying laugh track. we're smart enough to know when to laugh, you
dinks! and a show doesn't have to elicit a belly-laugh every 15.4 seconds to be considered a
comedy. this show has me laughing but not so much i become hypoxic and miss the last 4 minutes.
can't wait for season 2! hope they lock it down for a 12 ep run.
in february 2012 while appearing on top gear, lead star matt le blanc confirmed that he had just
finished filming the second season. the season premiere is scheduled to premiere on july 1, 2012.
