Fringe Season 4? - Fox Boss Kevin Reilly ‘Psyched’ About Fringe Ratings

i'm sure they'll be tempted to keep it on fridays now to bolster their ratings that day, which is too bad
in a way, since it could still do better on an earlier weekday; but clearly they should renew. fringe is
like the x-files and lost had a baby.

there was much about the second season i did not like, to much of lost i think going round in circles with nothing
happening, with not enough filler to keep it interesting, but someone obviously told them to speed it up, cause come the
third season it came good, in fact that whole universe hopping between episodes early season 3 was brilliant tv.

so yes, if they keep up the pace of the plot lines, it really does deserve a season 4, but i can't but wonder if it will go the
way of lost at some point, and end up with endless plots and stories that go nowhere, with a very forced vague and empty
ending.

heck yes they should renew! but i really hope they move it because friday is typically where tv
shows go to die.

best show by jj abrams by far.. way better than lost was (after first season or so)

he seems obsessed with alternate reality plots - even his star trek movie had one

anyways, fringe is the best version of his "alternate reality" stories so far - and it has the
perfect background mythos to support it

im still waiting for them to do an episode on the ong's hat stuff tho

i'd like to hope but remember how short sighted fox were with firefly... sorry guy's i'm still
stewing over that one.

yeah... firefly still stings... 'least fillion landed on his feet with castle though. shame that
glau can't seem to land a show that'll last more than a year... it's like she's cursed.

i think fringe deserves another year or two based on the first 2.5 seasons we've had. renew it for
season 4 and 5, give the writers leeway to write some really intricate story lines to properly flesh
out and finish this universe vs. universe battle, and time to come up with and spin a possible
second major arc to replace the 'war' if it comes to it.

move it back to thursday and absolutely renew it!!!

only about the ratings?! meh businessmen... ratings or not that show is amazing.

why even discuss a renewal??? i can't even begin to comprehend why shows like vampire diaries or v
(the 2009 remake) get better timeslots when fringe beats vampire diaries ratings by 2.5 times and
equals v's ratings when playing on a friday. as usual hypocritical fox, puts fringe on the "friday
night death slot" but "surprise!!!", fringe kicked ass on fridays. in january 2011, fox finally
annonces a time shift to thursday night. i am still waiting for that to happen and for a season renewal.

this is a prime time show! period.

renew it for season 4.

omit the mid season break, and i can bet they will see even better ratings!

fucking mid season breaks; they kill shows dead.
