love family guy but it peaked season 8 epsisode 10? (where peter loses his memory), never gonna top

according to imdb this is episode 11, supposedly there's an episode 10: the hand that rocks the
wheelchair, couldn't find it anywhere?

dumpster baby and the weed song.
