no please, say it ain't so! what is the deal here with skyone and stargate being
on the wrong page? this will confuse people for the remainder of the season.
ok, i look again now and it seems it is the right order. apologies, not trying
to confuse, though i might be helpful...but it's not. sorry.
still, have to say the beginning is odd and feels like it's out of order so i
stopped watching to find out what was going on. everyone else seemed to be
confused over at the skyone forums too.
from what i read on gateworld forums, people were also confused about the
beginning, but others explained that the confusion is cause by poor explanation
of the plot/events. anyways i'm looking forward to watching this as soon as my
dl finishes.
all caused by people looking at the production numbers without thinking and
assuming someone (other then themselves) have made the mistake.
there are countless numbers of shows which have produce episodes out of order
for logistics reasons (availability of cast, sets or locations being big
factors; weather can also be a factor too) and their production numbers don't
match the episode numbers either - fortunately many of them use very distinct
numbering systems (eg. xyz###) rather than something that could be confused with
the episode number.
of course... if the mistake with atlantis' episode numbering had been rectified
straight away it would have far easier than now with the last four episodes
being numbered differently on different sites - leaving everyone confused.
you know, not to bitch or anything, but all the confusion about which episode we are downloading would
be non-existent if the seeders could just put the episode's title in the torrent name. for example
stargate.sg1.10x24.best.end.to.a.show.ever.torrent
that way it's also a lot easier for people to remember if they have seen a particular episode or not. or did
you ever ask a friend "did you see star trek the next generation, season 4, episode 1 last night?" don't
know aqbout you guys, but i remember episode titles much easier than some numbers. (if memory serves,
in tng's case that one was best of both world's, part 2. you knew that too, you geek. 😉 )
people should stop making assumptions, if eztv releases it as 10x12 then its
10x12 and not something else
ever seen an episode out of order or missnamed here ? i didn
