i can't get this or the colbert report torrent to download properly. i am only
getting 1-4kb/sec even though i see tons of seeds and connections. i have no nat
issues, i can't figure out what is wrong. i have an extremely fast and stable
connection, everything else is working fine, any clue what's wrong? i download
torrents from here on a daily basis and i've never had this happen before.

oh, no obvious problems in azureus, either. connection is green, and the nat
test is fine.

ahahaha i'm an idiot, somehow when i was adjusting the options in azurus the
"max global download speed" got set to "4".
