ps : u can either be pretty, fun & clever, or dumb, ugly & sex-obsesses, that's how the world works,
often the firsts are poor & the latters rich as f***
lol, yeah there certainly aren't any dumb pretty people or ugly clever people. if you truly believe people
only fit into one of those two exclusive categories, which 'r u' supposed '2 b'?
the joy of sex was a how to manual on the physical, emotional and social aspects of sexuality in the
'70s. this is a newer version, aimed at teens in the uk.
im 40+ male - but i didnt watch this for any thrill - i was genuinely intrigued to find out what
they teaching nowadays, cos i remember the crap i was taught at school.
i worked in a school some years ago and became a kind of informal agony uncle (someone who people
talk to) why they came to me (i actually worked in the computer lad) i dont know, maybe cos i spoke
plain english and didnt 'talk down to them'.
im still shocked that a lot of teens are having sex for the wrong reasons, pressure, cos 'everyone
else is', cos he/she will leave me if i dont etc. its like sex has become the latest drug, i
remember when cider was the crazy.
if two people want to have sex, they are not drunk/drugged and can generally think straight, and
neither will be harmed - then i see no reason why they shouldnt.
as for this program...
it talks about sex in a very matter of fact way, which i hope will convince people that its ok to
talk about sex.
when they are talking about a particular thing and it cuts away to the actors, they dont actually
show what the voice over is saying - if you are going to have actors then show what you are talking
about. but then again showing anal penetration on uk tv might be to much. (personally i dont want to
see it but i want a programme like this to have the guts to go the distance)
all in all a pretty good programme - i do hope it changes the lives (in a positive way) of any who
watch it
my "a genius" what? oh, you were looking for your apostrophe....
ahh....i get it..you weren't hugged enough by your parents, so you figured the best way to settle
the score with life was to come to eztv and pick a fight with someone for sharing an opinion...
efff offf...
and yes, i am in fact a genius. thanks ever so much for noticing.
everyone has the right to an opinion but all i see is assumptions, it's clear i'm not the one with
issues.
is this download any good? have you watched it? thankyou for your valuable input.
>anybody know why the second episode isn't up yet?
i hope that's because it got canceled.
to all people thinking about whether to download it or not - don't. i'll tell you why
first off - not sure who is targeted by this. actual teens can either solve these "problems" either
by 10 minutes of googling, or by a visit to a regular doctor, which does not require showing the
whole world just how ignorant you are. and your cock.
apparently, that isn't the case for these token personalities.
if you are after nudity - come on, you are internet-savvy enough to use torrent and yet can't find
porn? you do not exist, pal.
the show itself is mind-bogglingly bland and diluted, things are repetitive, full of fillers,
unnecessary shots and same pieces of dialogue being shown over and over. good for the ones with
attention deficit, i guess, but nearly unbearable for a person with a normal attention span.
it's really dull during the whole show, except for that part when the teen idiot hipster girl
pretends to be a journalist. that part isn't dull, it's cringe-inducing instead. the level of
ignorance, close-mindedness and complimentary judgment in that girl is astonishing. you don't get to
voice your stupid opinions and judge people on tv, not until you are at least somebody of note,
somebody whose opinion on the subject actually matters and based on more then a set of ancient
prejudices (come to think of it, she's a hipster, so these must be "vintage" or something). until
then - do the reporter work, report frigging facts.
all in all, a show for bored housewives who decide to be hip and edgy in teh comfort of their own
living room.
