if anyone from fqm happens to see this, wow guys, major props on getting this out so fast; even if it does
turn out later to need a repack (which i doubt considering your past record of quality) consider me
thoroughly impressed. i'm so excited to see this one! : )

600 : 30,000 ...
that's what gives. it's bottlenecked, so your bursts of speed are you getting caught up with the swarm
when the peers you're connected to get new data from the seeds/their peers, etc.

the episode is called 'the big one' according to the title on the actual episode. works a treat.

not giving any spoilers, but season 5 just didn't stack up to season 4. have they re-signed another
season?
