Futurama 6x13 (HDTV-aAf)

i give this ep a 3/10.

there i thought it was just me because i was missing my futurama-spliff.

this episode really does suck, yeah. : haven't had such a swing-and-miss feeling with an episode since
the sad episode with his doggy. :<

whaaaa? jurassic bark was one of the best episodes ever!

i had to post. agreed, wtf you didn't like the sad doggy episode? that shit deserved awards!

god this was bad.. the 21minutes feel like an hour.

why oh why with the song and dance numbers? and you already did a santa song. they should have
taken the robhanika story and stretched that out, ignoring the rest of that episode.

jurrasic bark was one of the best episodes ever, no other cartoon has brought me that close to
tears, almost every time i watch it.

jurassic bark was wicked good, but "the luck of the fryrish" was the absolute best, imo. i actually
teared up at the end of that one. i never saw that ending coming and it just hit me in the stomach.

yea, this episode sucked bad. i get it that they wanted to make it joyful for xmas season and
whatnot, but most people don't give a crap about singing in their cartoons.

worst. episode. ever.

i'd give the video a 8....
the audio sucked kinda, i'd give the audio a 7.
why a 7??
through the home stereo set up, all my speakers had a bit too much treble i found.
very tinny-sounding, i almost thought a couple times maybe the sub-woofer didn't have register.
overall, kinda early for a christmas futurama, and kinda sucked for a season-return episode.
overall rating: 6/10 :/

i 9th the sentiment, pretty damn bad, and i too though it was half due to my mood but then realized
it wasn't, it is just a very bad episode.

it's comforting to see it's a general view though, thanks guys, for making me feel less alone 🙂

exactly! i'm a reasonably grown man, and in all that time, no movie or tv show has ever made me cry.
bambi's mother gets shot? yummy, venison! old yeller is put down? the silly dog had rabies. the
killing fields of cambodia? educational, contemporary history. women and children sinking with the
titanic? well, nothing good ever came out of sinking, but what can you do?

imagine my utter shock at discovering that my eyes were watery and my throat thick, at the end of a
futurama episode! i don't even like dogs, for crying out loud. it took me over a week to convince
myself that i wasn't getting soft with age. then, not long ago, they showed a rerun. confident that
i had a hold of myself, i sat down to figure out what the deal was with that eye water. fast forward
20+ minutes, and i'm red eyed and thick in the throat, once more. i'm never watching that goddamn
brilliant episode again! twice since childhood, that's enough touchy-feely with my emotions.

so, nobody had better badmouth that episode to my face, or i'll go seriously unsentimental on them!

that poor doggie... *sniff*
