Scifi Pilot Project Still Needs Help

as much as they insist there is more to it than it appears, that is the same thing the creators of every story
will say.

good luck with this, its a bold plan. but i really think the way you're selling it just makes it seem like every
other generic 'mysterious kid with powers' story out there.

is it going to be better than alex mack ?

its sad that by denying us more info on this project, the creators are effectively killing it...

you're not asking people to buy a book. you're asking them to invest in something they have no idea
what it is. go find real investors and try to sell them something without telling them what it is. i
can assure you that you will not have a lot of positive answers.

not saying that you should just reveal the whole plot, just that you can't ask people to buy blindly.

if this idea is so great, why haven't major networks come to the party and invested then? your reliance on
us funding the pilot says a lot about the project to begin with - number one is that the networks/studios
have already said no.
i can certainly understand your enthusiasm as you are involved in it. i was seriously thinking about
pledging about $500 of my hard earned cash to this as i thought it could be great, but i wanted more info
before i committed.

as you refuse to provide the information, i will not pledge.

i was interested in investing, untill i read the plot.
like i said over there its just a mix of, smallville, no ordinary family and the visitor.


as much as i would like to help, i dont feel for this story, there already to much superhero on earth
stories, im more of a stargate / star trek kinda guy.

im already happy smallville is ending, they really dragged the shit out of it. but lost girl filled up my
sci fi heart again.


write a good pilot about off world/time travel and space travel things, and im happy to putt in couple
of 100 us dollars.

i'd stump up the remainder, but would i see a return on my money ?

i doubt it and seeing my name in the credits isnt really what i'd want

would the people in dragons den put money into it ?
