Site that lists all the releases and rates quality and nuke info

can someone please help me out..

theres a site like vcdquality.com that lists all the xvid rips and stuff and
details the release group and more importantly if its nuked or not

i cannot remember the address, can someone please help me out.

also it took me ages to find this site before, mods, might be a good idea to
add it to faqs or sticky post
