hey guys,
i've only seen a couple episodes of this, somewhat early on. probably like 1st and 2nd season. i
already have a ton of shows i'm watching currently. my question is, is this show worth watching from
beginning to end, if i say, go back and download the first 4 seasons? is it mostly football, or more
like teen drama?

more than a teen drama so it's good for people in their 20/30's. early on, there are the usual teen
issues and i think they are dealt with in a more "real" way, rather than wrapped up in 22 minutes. as it
goes into season 4 (and i guess 5), the characters grow up more and have different life issues. how
these actors get bypassed for emmys is beyond me!
season 1 is the base.
season 2 gets more charcter and realism (one plotline got on my nerves).
season 3 was a reactive season (i wanted to meet some of the people and punch them).
season 4 was shaky, in my opinion, but the episode the son (4x05) will completely blow you away.
no idea about 5 but i'm hoping for an improvement on s4.
you'll unconsciously fall in love with the taylors and the documentary feel makes it more believable.
football makes a few appearances and is the focus of episodes in the earlier seasons, however its the
drama behind the football that you will pay attention to.
could you tell i'm a fan??! i hope you enjoy it 🙂
